Where do I even begin.
  1. Source material - I have a hunch that two low quality GIFs were used as inputs which is really not helping at all.
  2. Background - Yeah, that's a complete and utter trainwreck. I'm assuming you were trying to depict the mast with a massive chunk blown out of it which is why I didn't highlight it, but oh boy not only did you do a poor job of it but with that large of a hole the mast would've come down long ago.
  3. Redrawing - This is not how you do it, at all, which is why the sky and background in general is a trainwreck.
  4. Scaling - why she bigger Tinkerbell?
  5. Masking - Why are there black lines everywhere? Be more thorough in your masking; use area selection tools instead of the brush given how prone you are to missing bits. Also, way too aggressive on the dead Indian girl; you stole her nose. She needs that; give it back.
  6. Color correction - why is she purple? Seriously, why is she purple?
  7. Artifacting/Pixelation - Your fault for both picking the source images to use and upscaling a GIF.
TL;DR - A complete and utter failure.
