He's obviously more than mentally ill, even if he was dramatizing in this, and then just disappeared. I don't know if that's his real name but he doesn't appear to be in jail at the moment, at least not under that name, or dead.

Google the name "Tory Smith" Indiana and similar searches, though, and the crazies are everywhere.
