Teslas problems are multi-faceted. FSR is having trouble getting approval in mainland China, despite the optimistic reports on that. Then the multiple recalls. If one person targets someone at a bar, then they're a prick and it likely has nothing to do with terrorism. If a whole group of people get together to harass one guy at a bar, I still wouldn't call it terrorism, premeditated assault maybe. If there is hundreds of people openly calling for destruction of your business and property, making death threats on social media to random people if they own your product, and committing acts of violence, up to and including bombing, especially with the aim of tanking your stocks and making sure you go out of business, I would definitely call it terrorism. We've got countless posts on reddit, bluesky ect. where these people make it clear as day that they are targeting this business specifically for the purpose of hurting Elon's bottom line and ruining his reputation and that they're doing this together nation wide with other individuals, so you can slap a conspiracy to commit offense to that.
