But one thing that always confused me is why these retards always bring up that Uzaki-Chan character in these arguments. Isn't she technically an adult? (According to google anyway.) and on top of that she's not even drawn in the same way most "loli" type characters are. She is very clearly not pre-pubescent in design so it really fucking confuses me whenever she gets brought up in pedo arguments.

Uzaki is not a loli. She is what should be considered a short-stack.
Any and all short adult characters, regardless of bust size, should be relegated as the term short-stack.
Lumping them in with lolis, or calling them legal lolis, will still make people want to search your hard drive.
