Attempting to smuggle yourself across the Korea strait by boat is unrealistic because it is one of the most heavily surveilled waterways in Asia. They would either get picked up by the coast guard or capsized by a kamikaze wind, god willing.

South Korean prison is not that different from Japanese prison. He would probably be kept in solitude for his own safety.

I'm not so sure about them not charging. due to discretion of judges, cops, ect, theres a lot they CAN charge potentially, but don't. And most things like those laws you get a slap on the wrist and told to STFU, because they want to correct your actions, not ruin you with charges. But if you are a MASSIVE pain in the ass, every single thing they CAN technically get you on, they will.

And I'm sure johnny has done just that, the courts know if hes given an inch, he will take a mile, he has no respect for them, and has been fucking up more and more despite cops I'M SURE telling him to calm the fuck down.
