From the looks of it, unfortunately, she’s right. She does not abuse her house.

At the very least, it’s not doing anything really that would tank the property value, some deep cleaning may be necessary, but every house not having a professional cleaning service performing regular deep cleans would have the same issue. I think we’re being a little too hard on her.
