So, honestly, I'm at a loss. I don't have the clout to do anything about this and the organization I'm making to gain the clout in order to try and persuade the government to protect financial rights can't be banked, so I can't raise money, so I can't even effectively petition the government. I feel this rises to the level violation of fundamental human rights at this point, and there's nothing to be done about it.
I have a serious question, but why did you put your name to it (this early)? It is clear someone wants to fuck with you personally so why not get someone you trust to do the application work and then, idk make yourself a controlling member or something (I am sure a lawyer could write up a contract between you and this person). Also have you thought about bringing this up to the feds or your local congressman (or representative at the state level)? I know that you don't like the government but this seems like the kind of shit GOPers would like to use an example to "get back at the dems" (or some shit). Maybe reach out to the press or something? Not the sektor people but the bigger guys.

When it comes to clout have you tried reaching out to non internet people? It seems to me that bed fellows could be made in groups that see themselves as being attacked often. I'm thinking religious groups (but be careful about them) or gun orgs or whatever.

Maybe its time for a Trojan Horse play.

Very publicly announce your complete departure from USIPS. Leave Hardin and the other co-signer and find a temporary third guy to take your place.

With you and KF completely removed obtain a payment processor with a binding contract that inflicts heavy penalties on them for cancelling service.

Then quietly switch places with the third guy and get back in.
I’m pretty sure there would have to be some paperwork needed publicly, while it might work, him being persona non grata might make it to where this specific 501c is DOA regardless if he’s on it.

PayPal, Stripe, Braintree, Square. Valmar never officially rejected me. BofA closed the trust fundraiser because the money went into an IOLTA. Patreon closed our account. SubscribeStar never responded to me asking if I could open one.

There's really not many of them.
You're not gonna like my answer.
You're likely going to want/need to develop your own payment processor service in-house for the control you want/need to have. I'm gonna dig around a bit while I think on it, because that's a pipe dream(no offense)

You'll figure something out. You always do.:feels:
Wish I had Barron on my friend list, so I could do something about it.

I would keep pestering these two for a real answer. Why let them get away with less than that?
This is the trick to getting anything you want out of a company. The person on the other end getting paid 20 bucks an hour doesn't want to deal with you. Just continue to email them, a single day has passed since the last email? Fuck them follow up. If you have the ability to call him, do it and just continue to clarify things, ask questions, just talk and take up as much time as possible. Make it subtly clear that if you don't get what you want your going to waste another week of his time complaining and asking why. Policies, rules, terms, nothing matters it is a war of attrition and being a Karen works.

Null you have to go on Joe Rogan. It's the only option.
Rogan only does in-person interviews, Josh is still grinding calories for the skill checks in diplomacy.

This is just the normal "IT'S SO OVER" dip in the cycle, I predict around August something will unclog and we'll get a sudden "WE ARE SO BACK" good news update.

are you retarded?

payment processors integrate into payment networks. there's 4. they set the rules together. it costs $100,000,000 to start a payment network. there's better uses for that money.

Iirc payment processing is a lot like banking in how there is an incestuous relationship between all parties involved who help balance each other's books. And they share information on undesirables. I don't think a payment processor can exist in a silo in the modern age especially if everyone in your sector refuses to do biz with you

The tort is your rights as a American Citizen are being violated. You have been run through the wringer again and again. It needs to end. Sue them on whatever grounds you can. Cite the Civil Rights Act if you must. As for the money. The money is from OUR wallets. We will fund you. Ask for our help and you'll have the money. You have a entire community at your disposal. Use it.
I think you'd have to sue for some sort of discrimination. But paying for such a lawsuit is a bigger issue. Also after spending all the money the government could just say "no", and then you're out the money and time. Also is this the best version of this situation to create a precedent? When things become legal theoretical it's a bad sign.

Jewsh, have you considered saying pretty please with a cherry on top when you submit your application? Politeness goes a long way. Walk into the bank, look them in the eye and give them a firm handshake.

Also make sure you're dressed well and look professional. Hope the diet is going well, they tend to take people who are in shape more seriously. Hmu if you need weight loss tips!
