For someone who claims to go on walks, exercise, do squats and go to the gym all the time she has the most boring, average body imaginable. This is just the body of a 32 year old woman who sits around on her phone and watching tv all day. She still has to pose her body in a way to exaggerate features like lifting her foot up and cranking her neck all the way around. If she’s just standing still she looks completely different. Zero muscle definition in her legs and she looks like she’s gaining some weight back. She lost a bit months ago but it seems like it’s coming back. Probably from sitting on her ass all the time and stress eating.

She ticks a few boxes for both disorders tbf, but from what I've seen she leans more towards NPD. Or maybe she has both? They can be comorbid. While reading about the topic I also found this:

"those with NPD might instead develop an inflated view of themselves to cope, and then turn to others for validation and admiration". Sounds exactly like Anisa to me. Another thing to take into account is that NPD can be hereditary, the risk is over 50%, and I think we can all agree that if Maureen has something, it's most likely NPD.

Personality disorders are often not as distinct as these classifications make them out to be, and professional tard wranglers are moving away from stuff like NPD and BPD etc to just using personality disorder. There's a general thing with mental illnesses, with loads of people having none, many people having more than one, but actually few having just one distinct one, and it's the same with personality disorders.
Also keep in mind that while Anus overshares a lot, we only see a small part of her life, and a heavily curated one at that. And while in her retardation a lot of her dysfunction shines through, she's probably hiding the more ugly or extreme sides of her personality disorder, so I think it could go either way. Could be a retarded Narc, could be BPD, could be a mix, who can tell. Though if she chills out in a decade or so, it was more likely BPD, if she decompensates more and more and goes psychotic, probably NPD.

I still vote BPD just because of the Anisa cycle that has been observed and laid out in several posts in here. Her manic episodes are extremely predictable by this point.

Having a customer sign such a form in that kind of situation wouldn't help them at all. You have to be of sound mind to sign a form and have it legally enforceable. Somebody comes in drunk/high/having some kind of psychotic episode it automatically invalidates any such agreement, same as any other contract. The common sense thing to do is outright refuse to do the work. To do otherwise is asking for all kinds of potential legal trouble, not to mention a lawsuit when the person wakes up the next day and realizes they got some shitty tattoo when they were drunk off their asses. To say nothing of the shit that can potentially go wrong under those circumstances. No sane artist or tattoo parlor would touch that kind of situation
