I hope he doesn't get prison. He's suffering, he's hurt. He doesn't understand that his choices were over. Should he remain alive, he would be happier in a facility and medicated to happiness. He will never have a quality of life that we can appreciate.
 
He should almost definitely just be souped up on meds. He's actually an extremely sympathetic guy and genuinely just fucking slammed by life but it's hard to treat him like a dude that can be helped when he's screaming daily about how he's going to drink deep of doctor blood and the grind Jared's children into a meaty paste.

Hopefully he has been diagnosed or will be diagnosed as genuinely mentally ill and gets put somewhere that can actually help him and give him the care he needs. He shouldn't be left to be around sane people but he really really shouldn't be in prison. He needs to be in a facility.

That's just the max, they throw that at defendants to scare them into being more inclined to take a plea bargain at reduced charges. Hopefully he gets supervision with mental health treatment.

With his medical and mental special needs and problems if he is going to prison he should absolutely be in the same places they keep very disabled people.
