Xavier Musk (born in 2004), now known as Vivian jenna Wilson, is the eldest son of Elon Musk alongside his twin and is locked in a feud with his billionaire father all the while Xavier presents himself as a protector of trans youth.
Conceived via in vitro fertilization (IVF), growing up Xavier would seemingly have a better relationship with his mother then with his father. When describing his past, he has described Elon Musk as an absent father and in the little time that he was there he relentlessly harassed Xavier for his femininity and queerness and besides that in another instance said Elon was cruel and uncaring. His father on the other hand shared anecdotes of Xavier as a child singing along to show tunes and choosing outfits for Musk at age 4, describing his clothes as "fabulous." The transgender son has responded to this by stating these anecdotes to be lies meant to characterize him as a camp gay man. Xavier has also made claims on social media that his assigned sex at birth was a commodity to be bought. His parents would divorce in 2008 when Xavier was 4, however both parents would share custody of the children they had.
In eighth grade Xavier came out as gay and later when he was 16 he came out as transgender. In 2020, he used the COVID-19 Pandemic as an opportunity to distance himself from his father but he still needed him to sign forms to start treatment for severe gender dysphoria as Xavier was still a minor. While Elon himself says he was tricked, his son claims he knew the side-effects and that it took many months to get him to agree to do the paperwork. He took puberty blockers and later switched to hormone replacement therapy.

In 2022, Xavier would come to the attention of the public in a big way by getting his name and gender on his birth certificate legally changed in the U.S. state of California. In the same year Elon Musk alleged that their relationship had been affected by the “neo-Marxists” mentality his son had fallen victim to. This signals the start of Xavier and Elon Musk's relationship falling apart for all of the world to see on social media. As his father has become more and more political prominent in the last couple years Xavier has been of him as he supports gender-affirming treatment and transgender rights while dad does not. Their feud will continue to rage on for some time most likely. Elon Musk has stated online that his trans child is "dead" and Xavier Musk refers to him as a "petulant man-child."
As of time of posting "Vivian Jenna Wilson" as he goes by has had only two interviews. From them we can get the following details: Xavier is studying in Tokyo, he and his mother are on good terms, the Los Angeles native spends hours a day on Discord with his friends, loves Chappell Roan, really likes RuPaul's Drag Race, he's not a fan of the way the political direction in the United States is going, has an issue with how an Elon Musk biography book characterizes him and hoped to become a translator but may try to become a Twitch streamer or model.

Conclusion
Xavier Musk (now known as Vivian Jenna Wilson) as much as he likes it or not is defined by his relationship with his father as much as he likes it or not. It attracts both much positive and negative attention for his interests. It is perhaps fair to say he may of also not have had the best childhood which may of effected how he is today. He is very much a trans activist of sorts and is prone to making assertive statements. Seemingly unafraid of his father and opposition he goes forward to support transgender rights and frankly just due to who he is related to people who may not really care about him will often hear about his endeavors in the news.
