the assumption is more that if you have literal fuck you money which allows you to pay for all the possibly kicks you might enjoy (probably often) without having to worry about anything else, it's easy to look for kicks giving you the high from the now boring one before, flavored with the knowledge you're own of the very few on the whole planet, if not the only one being able to enjoy it.
