Wordgirl - A show that ended just as flash got assraped by Adobe in favor of HTML5, now popular with kids who had cable and watched NICK

How the hell did this show randomly start blowing up online and what is with the grown adults who are now obsessed with it?
I honestly forgotten about it's existence because at the same time I was deep into YouTube, Cable then streaming. I was supposed to marathon it but forgot. Then I remembered it. I have a sneaking suspicion it has to do with the same interest that Moral Orel had.

Someone pointed out that one battle was similar to mark fighting omni man and it was all downhill from there

This show came out in 2007, how old are you fuckers that say you grew up on this?

I found an old VHS recording of Wordgirl in the parking lot of my local Cracker Barrel a few weeks ago. I grew up with the show, so I decided I'd take it home and try to get my old VCR to work and watch it for old times' sake. When I put it in, Wordgirl just spent fifteen minutes explaining the words "Nigger", "Coon", "Jigaboo", and various other racial slurs for Black people. Then she started to bleed hyper-realistic blood from her eyes, and then my VCR ate the tape. It was really weird.

Gen Z Autists, no matter what community exists it wont die because of autistic people.

I went back and watched episodes of it years ago, it was better then other pbs crap that came out around that time, that and cyber chase

I don't remember much about this show other than the villains being Kino and the little monkey dude. I also remember there being a movie finale that like every other finale was billed as "this is seriou1s bidness guies!!!" which is really weird thing to do for a show like WG
I remember there was this villain that was blonde who apparently hailed from lexicon like her. It was part of a special. I do remember it ended up being left on a cliffhanger. At least her friend knows of her secret. I only got back into it due to wanting something to watch.

Reactions: Star Classic
This show taught me the words "Irk" and "Pompous". The only other shows that effective teaching vocabulary to kids were "Between the Lions" and "Crashbox", so I consider WordGirl a certified childhood classic.
