As the above said, Family law stuff is pretty closed door in the UK. Even actual high profile divorces are confidential.

Unless Hope Not Hate have people working in the family section of Glasgow Sheriff Court you’re going to get nothing about this.

Not trying to white knight for dank here, but just providing a little context to this: I've personally known a few women who complained about their husbands not being there for the kids, and with the exception of one single deadbeat fuckhead who would just play on his soybox for hours on end after returning from his soydev job, everyone else either had an incredibly shitty job with shitty hours that demanded a lot of their bodies or actually spent a disproportionately high amount of time with their kids compared to what their wives were bleating about.

The conclusion I drew from this is that they ignore the times they're out with the kids (because it's just not overtly visible, and it's a common mistake anyone can really make tbh) and only really notice them being too exhausted when they get home to continue to watch the kids for 15 minutes.

That said, I'm talking here about a sample size of 9 people. Outside that immediate circle, there's a shitload of adult toddlers who have no fucking business being dads, for sure.

My point is, always take this kind of shit with a grain of salt and try not to read too much into it. Though I have this feeling in the back of my mind that Marcus isn't necessarily superdad, either.

Holy fuck even amicable breakups can get really weird. I’ve fortunately not had to divorce or had kids involved in a break up but Christ I’ve been through some bad ones.

Even that really level head girl you think you parted ways with amicably can go a bit fucking nuts.

Here’s a hint, lads. If she’s full of tattoos, don’t have kids with her. If she harps on about a past abusive relationship all the time like she’s looking for Reddit updoots, don’t have children with her. If she sounds like she speaks only in high pitched vowels, don’t have kids with her.

If you do ignore the above advice, have kids with her, and split up, don’t fucking talk about it online. Keep that between you and your friends.

You dating again? Don’t talk about that online.

Keep your private life private. Move on as well as you can. Be an actual man.
