i don't think there are any profits from disney+. It was obscenely expensive to get set up and run and was losing money so bad they keep buying other streaming services like hulu and moving money around to make it look profitable.
I'm pressing a big fat X to doubt on this one, at least not without a major shakeup of their model. They keep overspending on getting the D+ exclusive shows made and then a mixture of poor quality and reputation leads to those shows getting fewer views than previous seasons of shows on other streaming services that have half the subscriber count. So yes, D+ has subs, but that's only after importing subscribers from Hulu and somehow HBO Max, and what those subscribers aren't providing is eyeballs on ads, which tanks the going rate for ads on the service, which is the real moneymaker on these things.
Question about judicial review. If a law that is unconstitutional is passed, isn't the point of the judicial is to, while reviewing the case regarding someone who was harmed due to the law, determine that the law is unconstitutional and therefore void?
