In fairness I misremembered - his offer for the land was $100k not $10k. I have corrected my post accordingly.

Still, even if $100k were enough for the lot developing it would cost six figures.

During his anti monopoly lolsuit against a brothel he claimed to have offered the owners of the land where he wanted to build his brothel, who were also the owners of all the properties in town that were zoned for prostitution, $10k $100k as part of the justification for why the owners should be forced to sell to him. Nothing about investors providing further money in exchange for a share, a bank willing to issue a mortgage to cover the costs of buying the property, or even a ballpark estimate of licensing/administrative costs to open his brothel. The backers were almost certainly made up and I suspect he claimed $10k $100k because his experience is so limited he cannot imagine something costing more than that.

Apart from the money he probably does not relize that running a brothel almost requires friends in government due to tight regulation + being a controversial industry. The first time somebody like Jason Guinasso lobbied the county commission he'd be toast.

Yeah, he's got a billionaire benefactor who completely believes in Russell and is just DESPERATE to invest in his high status Gentlemen's Whore House.

But he doesn't care about him enough to stop him from having his car repossessed or to help him pay his rent, resulting his being homeless and living in his rented car.

The 18th was when he and Hardin had that Zoom call with the judge. He was talking about the demolition on the 19th, so I'm assuming what he said on the 22nd was an extension of that conversation. So, rather than learn about following rules like the judge told him to, he was screeching for days about a brothel being demolished. I'm assuming that's the importance of the date: he had more than enough time, and wasted it complaining because he had one less place to get him his penis sucked.

I'm starting to think all of these police reports that Russhole keeps bringing up are much like his totally eager witnesses and wealthy financial backers for his brothel resort: a complete fabrication of his sick, demented mind. Then again, maybe he did actually try to file reports with the police, but then was laughed out of the building because no one in their right mind would ever try to file a police report for the things Shit-Lips gets bent out of shape over.
