During his anti monopoly lolsuit against a brothel he claimed to have offered the owners of the land where he wanted to build his brothel, who were also the owners of all the properties in town that were zoned for prostitution,
$10k $100k as part of the justification for why the owners should be forced to sell to him. Nothing about investors providing further money in exchange for a share, a bank willing to issue a mortgage to cover the costs of buying the property, or even a ballpark estimate of licensing/administrative costs to open his brothel. The backers were almost certainly made up and I suspect he claimed
$10k $100k because his experience is so limited he cannot imagine something costing more than that.
Apart from the money he probably does not relize that running a brothel almost requires friends in government due to tight regulation + being a controversial industry. The first time somebody like Jason Guinasso lobbied the county commission he'd be toast.
