Wordgirl - A show that ended just as flash got assraped by Adobe in favor of HTML5, now popular with kids who had cable and watched NICK

That would make some sense as the demographics the show was made for originally would be 22 at the youngest and and 27 at the oldest. It might just be the latest show to have the "children who watched it grew up and now fondly look back on it as adults" cycle happen to it.
A few younger zoomers (such as Junior Pee) would remember WordGirl, especially in countries where the TV station that aired WordGirl was a couple of years behind the US and would usually repeat shows for years after they were cancelled. I'm looking at you, ABC Kids.

The only thing I know Wordgirl for is that clip that was trending on Twitter a few months ago where it takes inspiration from that Omniman/Mark fight that's pretty much it

How the hell did this show randomly start blowing up online and what is with the grown adults who are now obsessed with it?
Martha Speaks porn exists, thanks Buffalo shooter.

Anyway I would see it here and there since a little brother was watching it. Think it was an okay concept, there were a lot of "teaching children to read" cartoons on at the time and even after, so it needed a gimmick. But since I'm asking, did she ever use words as literal weapons, like if she were to just shout "BAZOOKA" she would use the actual word like it was a real bazooka? Inquiring minds desire to understand how this show exactly worked for her and her monkey sidekick.

I forgot that cartoon. I do have an earworm from that one episode where Martha was a nuisance at the ranch and the leader was annoyed. "Get along lil doggies." Fuck.
