I haven't watched the judgment yet, but I will remind people: Karl Jobst did have evidence that Billy Mitchell forced Apollo Legend to pay him money, and it was evidence that any reasonable person would have trusted, and it is very likely that Billy Mitchell was trying to bait an e-celeb into making the allegation so he could cry about it (Write-up of Ersatz Cats). If this had been a defamation case in America, Billy could not possibly have won, since he is a public figure and the allegations were made without malice or reckless disregard of the truth. As for the question of whether Apollo killed himself because of Billy Mitchell, there's a chance we will get confirmation of this, since Karl and Apollo are not very different. As a sidenote, I would keep tabs on Ersatz Cats, since he's made himself very personally invested in this court case and Billy Mitchell drama.

The issue for Karl is that he forgot to actually prove that Billy caused the suicide.
A lot of people will know it to be likely true, but without proof to back up that claim its a retarded statement to make publicly without any "In my opinion" caveats.
And that is the only thing the judge is ruling on, because if Billy cheated in an arcade computer game is pretty much irrelevant for the "he caused a suicide" accusation.

To paraphrase, karl's lawyer presented to the judge an incorrect timeline that makes it seems as though Karl took down his video, spoke to apollo legends about his mistake regarding a settlement between apollo and billy and them put the video back up with error. Essentially, making Karls seem malicious and defamatory. The judge accepted the incorrect timeline and questioned Karl's lawyer. Karl's lawyer apparently has aspergers because he crumbled when the judge questioned on this crucial but clarifable misunderstanding. Basically TG and KJ hire retard lawyers.
