Yeah but he didn't just generally assert that the lawsuit probably drove AL to suicide, he made very specific and provably false claims about how the huge amount he had to pay to Billy caused him financial hardship and forced him to take on too much extra work and that this was the exact straw that broke the camel's back. I have to assume that he had some sources, however sketchy, that fed him this ultimately incorrect story.
