The whole premise of the comic seems to be cosmetic surgery, but with an extremely retarded comparison as it is saying trannies who get work done are the same as women who get a lot of work done.
  • She has scars on her hair line because of a brow lift.
  • Her nipples are hard and breast look weird because of a boob job
  • She got her nose done hence the bandage
  • She has fake eyelashes
  • She has a wig or hair extensions hence the price tag
  • Her lips are huge so probably got a lip injection
There is probably more that I'm not noticing, but plastic surgery is not something I'm very aware of but she is supposed to be a blonde bimbo type caricature.

You know what real, natural things the cosmetic surgery woman has that troons don't? And what real lived female experiences she's had that troons never will?

Man, it sucks when lolcows have a sentiment that I agree with on some level. I personally lean more towards the stance of “I’m no fan of AI art and have my own concerns about AI in general”, but it’s hard to really have grounded arguments when both sides are full of reactionary retards. Especially when it feels like one side is very much influenced by the other. But this probably isn’t the thread to really get into detail on that, for now I’ll just say that Ellen’s attitude isn’t going to change anyone’s mind, which seems to be a general problem for the anti-AI side.
