Yes, that's why I'm saying it doesn't make them sound female. It makes them speak like ultra cunty twinks at best. I worked with a relatively sane one in the past who was actually sympathetic and I'd constantly do this on phonecalls with him and go with Sir on the phone and it was never a problem. It's almost like in everything else in healthcare legit people are just kind of trying to live their life with their condition, and grifters are abusing fuck out of patience and resources

One conversation that is absolutely necessary when it comes to people who think they need surgery is that they need counseling in the event that surgery doesn't net them the effects they want.

And if the unscrupulous medical professionals that act like they think they might be easing that 41% need to consider making that part of the conversation. That paresthesia he's experiencing aka loss of sensation in parts of his face and scalp might just be permanent. Of course the surgeons are gonna kick the can down the road and tell him to "just wait" on all these symptoms and be kind about it, but they truly have no clue what will happen. Nerve injury/damage is serious and while it *usually* heals on its own, it's really not guaranteed, and that is the risk you take when you Frankenstein your face.

I disagree, but only because 1. that would mean we wouldn't be getting anymore quality content, and 2. because this gross pervert shouldn't be sucking up resources that are earmarked for people that truly need intensive/emergency care.
