In the US level, defamation runners have to contend with something called The 1st Amendment, which forms a significant barrier to finishing a money% run.

But let's back up a bit, just what is money%? Money% is a category where the runner has to finish a defamation run with a payout of more than 100 thousand dollars. It's important to note here that these can be any kind of dollars, including Australian dollars.

So, when Billy Mitchell entered Australia, he was able to exploit an easy boss fight: Karl Jobst. Affectionately called Cancer Cunt by Australian runners, Karl Jobst can be easily exploited for money.

Billy Mitchell's legendary run clipped out of the US level boundary and into the Australia loading zone, then once he loaded in, he smashed the $100k goal with ease in just 4 years, setting the new world record.

Runners are already coming up with a new defamation speedrun category: tranny%, where runners will need to make a foreign national kill himself as quickly as possible.

He did make it clear that the money wound go for both lawsuits, but hid what the first one was about to try to make it seem like it was all over frivolous cheating accusations.

He talks about the first lawsuit briefly but does not go into detail about why he is being sued, then he spends the rest of the video talking about the second defamation lawsuit over calling mitchell a cheater and goes into detail about what he is being accused of.

No mention of apollo in the gofundme either
