I’d recommend Nimi Nightmare. No swearing, no lewd sex stuff, just chill streams and a soothing voice.

Seconded on Sleepy, all you need to know is she's narcoleptic. She's into guns, plays mostly nintendo games and tarkov (though thats been replaced with dark and darker lately due to current Tarkov patch) and is very no-nonsense, she's not lewd in any way either.

She also plays piano and does video game music streams from time to time which are super comfy.

If you want a good yapping vtuber, I think YUY is a good one to watch, only downside is that she streams on twitch. She does play games here and there though.

Id recommend Cecilia Immergreen, Shiori Novella, Inugami Korone if you know Japanese OR clips. Alternatively you can also watch Shishiro Botan for similar reasons. Nerissa Ravencroft is a maybe but that depends if you want to listen to Theatre Kid.

Cecilia Immergreen doesn't have a lot of lore necessarily to get into so you can hop on her streams and enjoy them as you please. She's a Funny German lady imo and very talented. She plays Piano, knows French, German, and English, and also does a lot of OS editing on the spot that tends to be great.

Shiori Novella? She's a dork. She does know Piano but doesn't play it often on stream. Also does a decent amount of slightly suggestive jokes but she's pretty chill to play in the background.

Shishiro Botan? Does street fighter, very chill streamer and she is excellent at FPS. She used to be an Esports coach or something in the Japan scene as Ereco. Very infectious laugh. I recommend looking up her stuff with Oozara Subaru and Tokoyami Towa where they played BO Zombies together. It's a kino compilation of clips

Inugame Korone? She's a goofy dog who has a good personality, great for background noise. I recommend her clips though to understand her.

A few other mentions:

Takane Lui, she's a great pick. She speaks English (not super often on her streams, it's more typical on collabs with EN members of Hololive), plays some comfy games and has a great singing voice.

Shirakami Fubuki, excellent background noise, recommend her clips if you don't speak English.

Usada Pekora if you want to watch chaos unfold. Japanese ofc but good clips.

Nimi Nightmare for her comfortable streams, she's got a nice voice so she's good for background noise and she does play decent games (or not) like Telltale's TWD, Elden Ring, and a few others.

And finally?

Sakura Miko if you want ELITE gameplay. (Look up her clips for example. She's the Vtuber who said 'Nigga!' While playing GTA)

She's on par with some of the Phase girls for being a girlfailure. Her dad especially loves to tease her.

Her older Natsumi Moe content is also still up, it can be rather different to her current Hololive streams and videos.
