I was going to say that it might not be covered but I feel like if you’re that fucked up, you could make the case the skin is irritated/snagging on clothing/causing skin infections and needs to be dealt with. Idk how they looked at bro and said “Yeah, this looks like a guy who can maintain a stinkditch.”

Has a major goiter that should get treated (even via thyroid surgery if it’s that massive) because it can cause him to suffocate in his sleep, gets his dick flipped instead. Priorities.

More formatting misery for me because of obscure reddit problems I'm still having. Bare with me. And before anyone says just use old.Reddit ,it still won't allow me on certain bits without being logged in somehow. There's an extra level of restriction, and I can't copy and paste certian things or screenshot without being logged in, and can't log in further than a weird anon setting still. Anyway

These images start out just looking like abstract art, but it gets extremely fucking nasty at a point so do beware. This is probably the most fucked up one I've seen. I think it's a Rumer creation by the title

Oh, that's unfortunate. Pretty fucked that he got what should be considered an elective cosmetic surgery while having that around his neck. That has to be an anesthesia nightmare.

A goiter that severe in someone who isn't 600 pounds? This person either has the diet of an impoverished African child or has serious health issues that need to be addressed before anything else.

The anesthesiologist who agreed to do that surgery should have their license yanked. The only reason this person should ever go under is a thyroidectomy.
