IP2 Johnny Somali / Ramsey Khalid Ismael - Banned YouTuber, Banned Twitch Streamer, Banned Kick Streamer, Disruptive nigger who was arrested many times in Asia

  • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.
This channel has a recent Somali stream from last night. I don't have the original stream, but I've archived this commentary channel's video here because Somali has been copyright striking videos.
Anyone know what these left-handed swastikas (not Nazi swastikas) mean in Korea?

I am simply pointing out that LM is doing this for content and to make money. Any altruistic claims by him just seems hollow to me.
I mean sure, but this is so self evident why even say it? waters wet, fires hot, people work for money primarily.
Perhaps you are just a little brainwashed into thinking someone doing something a bit for money indeed a surprising idea, and aren't actually as bad as I thought (and if so I apologize for the harsh regard) but this really is kinda a nothing burger, as old as time. The real issues are dishonest or smarmy deceitful journalism which I don't THINK LM is. If its within a certain degree of ethics, I'm not going to be upset someone getting their income. And people who genuinely see it as an "outrage", it always strikes me as a disguised attack, or just hardcore socialists, both of which disgust me
Fucker gets drunk and harasses a business which is one of his current charges.
To sum up the video a little for people who don't want to watch more somali chimp out. (I know this feel)

- starts night hanging out, at a bar presumably with nothing noteworthy
-his friend Alex Novell spergs the fuck out that parti is fucking them over, talks a TON of shit, accuses them of running secret crypto miners through their service. This is literally because parti banned them, or wasn't letting them stream, or something. They switch to youtube to stream
-blasts sounds of trains in a restaurant
-gets kicked out
-more sperging about parti
-alex says johnny will be fine with charges, just wear a suit and be humble and apologize, has the audacity to say johnnny doesn't need to be on parti with "losers"
-Johnny starts screaming like an insane crackhead in the streets, its clear hes getting very inebriated now
-blasts bomb alerts through his speaker.
-Johnny borderline tries.... hugging, a random korean man, seems creepy AF, like hes wanting to dick him down
-enters ANOTHER restaurant, immediately drops a beer, and proceeds to do the worst possible "act" as if it was accidental, while laughing hysterically and screaming joyfully about it breaking, like he just got a really good job or something.
-Employee tells him to leave, and pay for things. as they work things out to pay, he pulls out and extends / brandashes his ASP baton and is directing it toward the employee, announcing that he has a weapon. Says he WILL kill him, twice.
-goes on a rant about how hes just a normal youtuber who enjoys video games, while brandishing baton at the camera
-in another restraunt, another bottle breaks, perhaps from somali but unclear from clip, Johnny rants for a whole minute about how "jewish pussy is purple" as poor staff is trying to clean it up as he mocks them
-Johnny later was in the street, and seemed to be looking lovingly (!?!!?!?) into a korean mans eyes while hugging him????
-more sperging about parti being a bitcoin miner

As for additional charges, destruction of property x2, disturbing the peace x3, bandishing a weapon, threatening with a deadly weapon (those batons CAN kill) are some really, really easy charges I could see tacked onto his case. I honestly can't believe how much hes trying to screw things up for himself , and RIGHT after he did his weak ass apology bullshit. I would be FUCKING SHOCKED if he got less than 10 years, purely because hes racking up charges faster than they can file paperwork for, and he clearly has no respect. He can't even hold consistency for a WEEK to look good for his court case.

Johnny's current "insanity defense" gimmick involves creating as much footage as possible of him screaming endlessly like a deranged hobo while contorting his face in the most disgusting ways.

He's really banking on the language barrier and somehow lucking his way into a Bipolar disorder diagnosis to fool the jury into genuinely believing he's mentally ill and accepting whatever insanity plea this idiot is gonna try and pitch. Words may not translate well between seas, but deranged screaming is universal.

The only way I see Korea letting this moron go is if they just get tired of him and ship his ass back to the US to be done with him. The US State Department isn't going to step in and save him. Hopefully, at least.

He might've had a chance at evading jail time if he hadn't made deepfake porn of himself and a real life Korean woman and self-sabatoged his way into becoming the first high-profile case involving the new law handing out mandatory prison sentences for this kind of shit.

It wasn't porn, just kissing. But Korea went hard on outlawing deepfakes of any kind so legally there's no difference between making porn of someone or having them sing 'I'm a little teapot' without their consent.
It is not considered porn in SK but it is considered sexual. Kissing someone means you are probably having sex too. That can hurt careers and relationships.

Either way, it's scummy and niggery behavior. A kissing deepfake shouldn't cause jail time, but I think in this case he should be forced to hold a press conference and apologize publicly, so as to repair any harm he may have done to the girl's honor or reputation. People are saying they want him to be sentenced to picking cotton. I disagree. He should be sentenced to picking up litter and trash in areas with the most citizen traffic and then go back to the prison when he is not working. He will be spat on and yelled at and beaten. That may be the only way he will learn.

It's normally a sign for a shrine or temple in Japan (they're often marked that way on signs and maps), so I assume it's similar. And yeah they're also common on Buddhist temples other places in Asia.

Not entirely related, but still funny:

Sometimes you can even find them on non-religious buildings, like this shopping street (Asakusa, Tokyo)

Deepfakes are a very easy and cheap way to cause a lot of damage to someone's honor and reputation. SK was overwhelmed with deepfake related incidents to the point they passed a law about it. The lie travels around the world before the truth can put on its boots as they say. You have to curb that behavior. A mandatory prison sentence will make most people think twice.

It hardly seems incredibly implausible that a different country would have a different definition of "prior offenses" for the purpose of sentencing, but again, he's our only source I know of and has the incentive to jazz up the case for griftbucks.

Analysis: From my 20 free minutes of Googling, I find persuasive evidence that Korea care about criminal convictions, not the exact temporal order of the crimes. Applying an enhancement only after conviction, seems both correct, and ripe for abuse.

It is supposed to work as a deterrent. It seems very abuseable but also weirdly fair. Things only get worse if you commit many crimes but the first (and possibly only) crime can be mitigated. Seems designed to lessen the burden on someone who made a mistake but also to makes sure a repeat offender gets severely punished. Still, another mitigating factor is the fact that they almost never give maximum sentences. Feels balanced.

This website have entire threads of weirdos losing their shit about their Internet daddies don't match up with them fantasies.

Always be disappointed. Always expect the worse. Your heroes are worse than your enemies.

Well, yes, that's the same here. It doesn't really address the procedural issue of whether a plea prior to trial on the rest of the counts actually does count as a prior on sentencing for the rest, specifically, when is the piece of paper regarding a "conviction" actually entered?

Here in the U.S., the general rule (emphasis on general) is that after a plea bargain, judgment is issued. But South Korea doesn't do that like we do, at least not as a formalized, cut and dry process.

Second screenshot says all crimes before the judge are "concurrent crimes"(again, when they took place doesn't seem to matter to them.

What I took from 'The Basic Features of the First Korean Sentencing Guidelines' is that situations like this are purely reserved for the judge(s) to decide, on both the order, and weight multiple offences should carry.

A perfect situation to manage a populace angry at lenient sentences, stack to hammer nobodies, stack to go lenient on the powerful.

I mean, that is the truth but I do not think that anyone considers LM their "Internet Daddy". At most, people are appreciating that he does something that no one else did and are willing to give money for more of it. Normally one WOULD pay a lawyer to translate legalese, especially if it is foreign legalese. Do some people want someone to worship? They do but let us wait until he starts drinking on stream and giving coke to children before we crucify the man. He is just a normal lawyer who found something he could do for now. I do get that he wanted to help SK and Japan at least and a popular and viral stream seems to have worked. Apart from that, may he stay safe.

Yeah but every country has the "the rich and powerful get away with it" flaw. That is sadly universal. At least Smally is getting it without lube. Small victories.
