There are no external cameras, no damage, and no prior incidents so I'm gonna go ahead and guess NOTHING WILL BE DONE.

I really want to go into long rant about this guy and how weird he is but something about the way that he would have just walked into my house if I hadn't locked the door behind me maybe 15 minutes prior sucked the energy out of me. I can't adequately describe how this makes me feel.

No, but get cameras, report it to the police and management if you rent, and keep an alarm/ spray/whatever on you when you leave the place. Always lock your doors. Also get deadbolts and window securing things. Make the landlord do it (again, if you rent). If you have sliding glass, get one of those stopper things so it can't slide, etc.

Do you know this person? How else is he weird?

Yeah, he's my neighbor. I'm not physically terrified of him because he's old, but here are some funfacts:

- He's some kind of ex-fed, but there's no such thing as an ex-fed really
- He takes note of when I leave and come home. He accidentally revealed this to my dad in conversation when he mentioned me not leaving for work at the usual time. I had recently quit my job.
- After the USA SE hurricane last year, every single time I was out to maintain the generator, he was watching in the window and would ask questions.
- If it wasn't clear yet, he's ALWAYS watching, and again he accidentally revealed that he saw me hug my dad in conversation, which had happened days prior.

I've noticed this too - I have a feeling that to spite their supposed "logic" and "stoicism", men are slaves to gratification.
