Okay so doing the quick math. The average hot water heater is set to 120 degrees to avoid scalding accidentally. And I'm sure she isn't capable of turning it up. Without knowing her pluming flow rate, we use average again and estimate that she can use 120 degree water over that shrimp for 15-20 minutes.
She obviously cannot reach the 145 internal food safety temp, but 125 internal isn't the worst thing ever....... my gut says it's totally doable.
