So he openly admits he is harassing Jan Jenson because of her religious beliefs? He's filing false and fraudulent police reports against her solely because she is a practicing Christian. That seems like its something that somebody could make a legal case regarding, should she ever wish to. The only thing that shields this miserable bastard from the consequences of his actions is that he is so fucking pathetic that most people don't bother.

That and his being a mush mouthed skinter who lives and shits in his car, so even if you DID win a judgement against him, your chance of ever seeing a penny of that judgement would be zero.

When people like Russell lose lawsuits and can't pay the judgement, you should be able to put them to work to earn the money. You could rent Russell out at your local glory hole for a couple of dollars a time, and as he believes prostitution to be an honest and legitimate way to earn a living, he'd have no cause for complaint at all.

Mr. Hardin is merely bringing it up where it's relevant. For example, Russ has stated that his LLC was trying to buy the million dollar brothel, and Mr. Hardin let the court know just that, including Russ statements that he solely controls it. I think Mr. Hardin should have also supplemented that with Gilman revelations, but I can see why he didn't do that.

I believe he has mentioned in the eviction case that he petitioned for Government housing assistance, so that could be it. Or maybe he's living at one of those homeless shelters, who knows (though they do accept mail, so I'm not sure what his problem is).

the consequence for russell’s motion for extension of time to respond to hardin’s motions being denied is that hardin’s motions are supposed to be granted… though that hasn’t happened, yet. when it does, as it SHOULD, russell will TRULY spiral.

I suspect he’s doing to start writing motions to argue with the judge, as well as Hardin. No clue if that’s even possible, but it’s not like Russ cares for the law anyway. If It works in his head then it must be reality or someone, somewhere is wrong.

Wasn’t it Hardin who asked for 100 items of deposition because he suspected Russ would bring frivolous information up? Or something like that. And the judge in his naivety went ‘no, 25 will be fine, we’ll all get along just great’. Oh, how I wonder what he thinks to Russ now.
