Just because it’s Anna doesn’t mean the underpinning is entirely untrue. Thirty-forty years ago all medical research was done on men because it was believed men would show the side effects of medications without all the silly hysterics of women messing up the results. Women are still greatly undereducated in clinical trials.

These women all come off batshit insane. Yes we need to study more about women's bodies but the lyrics and bad drum and base is cheugy. At least none of them managed to throw books, unlike our special one.

I think I have a similar-ish pair of loafers, and it's really messing with me to see whatever the fuck this... thing is, above them. It's like an optical illusion how you can't begin to distinguish a knee joint, it looks like her lower leg just collapses into the upper part like a telescope halfway up instead. You can't tell whether it's the back, or the front, or even both belonging to the same person...

I considered Anna peak body horror before surgery, but now this bitch is positively Lovecraftian.

They aren’t these days. There are guidelines and rules on sex representation.
Where women are under served is maternity/pregnancy because you can’t test on pregnant women. And also children and babies are still being dosed mainly in smaller adult doses because it’s unethical to test on kids for such things. But adult drugs now (as in trials running today) are appropriately sex ratioed.
The historical echoes of it? That existing drugs were tested mainly in men? Yes that still has an effect and it’s significant

Here she is in a posed stance. Her feet are set wider than her shoulders, which are already wider than normal because fat.

And here she is dancing around (if you can call it that), and her legs are even further apart! And again, Anna is a wide, wide lady! It’s hard to grasp what that distance is because she’s such an optical illusion, but remembering that each leg is about the width of two normal women’s legs… It’s a miracle for the entire city of Austin that she doesn’t topple over like this. For a fun activity at home, try standing like that yourself.
