I agree. The cost is always passed on to the customer. That doesn't excuse why prices are so high, and quality so shitty, going back almost two decades.
Whatever has been tried, hasn't worked. Whatever economic policy those in charge use, isn't working, unless the intention is to make quality more shitty and more expensive.

Maybe crashing the economy with no survivors will work, maybe it won't. All we know is what we've done since 2008 has made everything worse.

So a higher tax rate gives them more incentive to invest in their company (more factories, employees, etc) because they'd be getting taxed on 90% the profits. It worked in the 50s and it worked very well. Instead Reagan came in and cut taxed on corporations and your waifus Bush Jr and Trump did more corporate tax cuts which made it even worse. Plus since you MAGA retards were worried about the debt from 2021-2024 (now you don't seem to care, gee I wonder why?) it would help with that
