I'm pleased the Magistrate cockslapped him immediately. It demonstrates he's paying close attention to the docket and makes me feel better about these long silences when it comes to Mr Hardin's filings.
I'll note this is, again, one of those nondiscretionary decisions. The plain language of the law made this absolutely obligatory. As much as I've bitched about his decisions in general, Bennett has called all these kinds of things correctly.

Ironically, the worst act of tard guarding in this case was the District Judge stepping in, after Hardin had been asked by the magistrate for an accounting of fees, incurring even more expenses, and then just arbitrarily completely ignored the accounting to pull a number straight out of his ass.

He's like the anti-Tena Campbell, who intervened to shut down this farce years ago. He instead intervened to be a moron and fuck it up.

BOTH SANCTIONS MOTIONS ARE NOW DENIED. TOTAL GREER LOSS!

And yet, again, he didn't smack down Greer's sanctions motion at 263 even though it's equally violative. Even if Hardin has some sooper-seekrit tactical reason for wanting to respond to that one, isn't the judge obligated to deny it just as he did 269, regardless of what Hardin requests?

Edit: Ninja'd by the judge, lawl. Good.

So basically Hardin was wrong about the price because Greer only wanted a piece of what was sold, not the entire thing, but he would have loved to buy both of course if only his mysterious unnamed investors could cough up the money for him.
This fucking greasy retard thinks he not only gets to buy something without the money to buy it, based on imaginary "investors," but the courts have to force the seller to sell to him instead of who they want to, and on top of that, they have to let him buy just the part of it he wants, forcing the seller to split up the property.

It's like if you went into a car dealership and demanded to buy just the engine of a new car, plus you didn't have the money to do it so you'd just put up 10% of what you claimed the engine was worth, and they'd have to extend you credit for the rest just because you claimed you were good for it.

The sheer mongoloid "logic" is unbelievable.

[THIS IS WHAT SHITLIPS RUSSTARD ACTUALLY BELIEVES]
Oh. Oh YES. The screws are turning now! Bennet is not fucking happy. Russ's hooker dreams in fucking SHAMBLES.
Incidentally, the judge is actually protecting the retard from himself to some extent. Had Hardin actually had to draft responses to this utter bullshit, it could add to the next sanctions award if Russtard keeps doing sanctionably frivolous shit.

That might add another year or two to how much time Russtard will have to put the fries in the bag to pay for his unlawful bullshit.

I hope Hardin took the lesson to heart and realized next time he needs to not be conservative or nice with his fees, since the tard guard is going to cut them down to 20% of what he asks and the judge grants. He needs to write down the exact amount assuming he's charging insurance company rates or what have you. Let them cut THAT down to 20%.

This has been a good couple of days. No need to repeat what has already been pointed out, but the fact that Ratmouth was SO completely wrong about the SPO and would have blown it twice two different ways has to be causing head tightening on a scale to qualify as free Botox after Russ learns the truth about how Hardin is getting away with bullying the disabled. He violated the SPIRIT of the SPO!!

Actually, watch Russ appeal under the last clause 'other possible harm' because of those dastardly stalker Kiwis, even though the judge already obviously dismissed that argument.

I'm crossing my fingers that Greer files yet another objection to the District Judge on this. Because, as we all no doubt recall, the District Judge already told him the SPO was never violated (just like the Magistrate, Hardin, and literally all of us), but that didn't stop him, so why should this? Denial of sanctions is just a speedbump on Greer's Road to Justice.
