I don't think he's ever said a doctor diagnosed him. He complained about his symptoms online, the dents diagnosed him, he found out his aunt had it and then decided that he had it.

There's really no reason to go to the doctor when you have 200 actual retarded people who can figure your ailments out for you.

Phil's back trouble has to be real. His entire time on Youtube he's walked like he has a dick up his ass. His car crash story is inconsistent bullshit, but I believe something happened.

Everything else though is self-diagnosis, at best.

He claims (just 1 month ago) that he did go to a doctor and get an MRI done for his back and was diagnosed with a herniated disc:

15 years ago he also called it "severely herniated" but also said he has no idea how he got it. This was in his face reveal video, so its ancient lore and possibly the most accurate? Most likely he added in bullshit reasons for the back injury as time went on.
