Maybe it's already been mentioned but I'm seeing the libshit hivemind on X spew a lot of the same "Russia was excluded from the tariffs list!" line, some of them even mentioning North Korea.
Why should people too stupid to understand sanctions have any say on tariffs?
i have a Polish friend whom i've known and respected for many years, and we've worked together on some projects. he's become so blackpilled and nihilistic about Trump in 2024 and has even started to think Elon is using Trump and it's just Elon running a shadow government because of the Ukraine War. he constantly sends me news that he's taking at face value despite all the conversations we've had in the past and how much i've extolled Trump's past, and history, and how what he does can't be predicted. he brought this same thing up to me, and i'm sincerely worried about our friendship because of it all.
recently, i came to the conclusion that nobody wants the Ukraine War to end the way Trump plans on ending it. for some people, nothing less than the total annihilation of Russia and its people will suffice. there are so many people who share these wartime clips of Russians being bombed and massacred by Ukrainians, but why would i want to see that?
who really wants to see that, on a daily basis? what is it accomplishing? what is it even doing for you? when the war started, i said the same thing i do now: Russia, and Putin, have to be stopped. but now i realize, i was just being a useful cheerleader for all the warmongering. and i also knew that Zelensky is not Ukraine, and Ukraine is not Zelensky.
not to shit up the thread with some autistic segue, but i genuinely feel so many people are upset just from the pain of having wounds treated. for a lot of people, the way Russia will be defeated is not
how they want Russia to be defeated. i think for them, they really wanted the US to send in an armada of tanks for Ukraine to drive over the Kremlin with.
but when i watched this video recently, it clarified much for me. does the world (the US and Ukraine specifically) really need to commit inhuman atrocity to get the point across that Russia can't win, and has already lost? they're already completely exhausted and fucked beyond belief.

we are only three months into Trump's 2nd term. the swamp is being drained. we're all getting what we wanted and what we voted for. more than ever, it is crucially important for people to learn not to get involved in anything that has nothing to do with you, regardless of border proximity. try not to let a single day go by where you forget to appreciate your own happiness and circumstances. the moment you forget that is when you become another corpse on the pile, or a piece of shit human trash.
