So she expects rewards for 2 months of therapy? Is this earth? Are we expecting to be rewarded for doing something that we should probably do, or even downright have to 😂
Carrot on stick reward system.
I've run these DBT 'group therapy' courses. You hand them a booklet, you very softly go through basic concepts that 80% of humans know but some people just can't grasp (it's not THAT bad that they don't/can't know, it's just a skill they never picked up for whatever reason and is teachable), they scratch their heads at the hypotheticals, they twitch and squirm at the mindfulness and meditation sections (I am guilty of this as well as an ADHD enjoyer), you learn not to roll your eyes into the back of your skull when they say things like 'X minor inconvenience made me feel X disproportionate emotional cascade which made me do X criminal activity'. My audience is usually a dead even split of 50% women 35+ who are struggling with a life change and can't regulate and 50% Tiffany tier people who are on their 5th time through the program who get tossed into the program over and over again just to keep them busy. There are no tests, there is no score, there are no wrong answers, it's commonly just quiet discussion about what your emotional outlets are other than punch X thing or scream at X. I admit I've had some pretty interesting open forums in these groups too when the Tiffany's outnumber the normies.

I think it's a bit more simple then this even. The last time Tiffany was in an environment like this, was middle school. Sure, it's not like she's being babied in middle school, but I wouldn't be surprised if she was probably expecting a pizza party or some shit.

Did she get back on her meds? She went from refreshing this thread every moment she could to not responding to it for multiple days. Good on her. Damn, I wonder if I can still get her to chase people with a megaphone in the middle of the night... Guess not anymore.
