affect the weight and credibility that they would give to this endorsement? Personally,
I think that in this case there is a decent argument to say yes. And if a court were to
agree with that analysis, they would likely find that the parties involved here violated the FTC
rules for unfair or deceptive trade practices.

If he really tries to defend himself and explain how the judge got it wrong because "XYZ proves that he never defamed Billy", that would be hilarious.
I would be ok with him explaining how the lawsuit went sideways as long as he admits that, given the evidence and his behavior, the loss was completely deserved and that he fucked up big time with the way he behaved while the lawsuit was already ongoing. He can and will never admit to misleading anyone, as that would open him up to legal proceedings, he will cope and justify.

If there is a factor of his lawyer fucking up, then it would be completely valid to point that out and make it public. But YouTube is now putting all these related vids on my feed, and I just happened to listen to 10m of a deposition from Billy Mitchell from 2023. He stats, flatly and plainly, that his suit against Karl Jobst has "nothing to do with video games". If the Karl Jobst cocksuckers would've ventured one inch outside their echochamber, they would've known exactly what the lawsuit was. This was over two years ago. It's 100% his followers' fault if they gave him money, when all this information was well out in public. I don't blame Jobst at all. In fact, I think he's smart to exploit his retarded followers. I do not understand how Karl can claim everyone should have known what the lawsuit was actually about when there are plenty of videos of him talking about Billy and piling on aggravating behavior (according to the judge), yet he does not once clearly state what the lawsuit was about or update his viewers that the other defamatory statements were dropped.
