Its a pretty weird way to say snow. The kanji means like heavenly flowers, this is 天 heaven, and 花 is flowers, pretty sure that combo usually has a Buddhist connotation, referring to the paper flowers sometimes scattered in front of images of Buddha. Normally, snow is 雪 which is Yuki.
