It's all documented. There are just too many people to process so he is just a blip on the radar. He already served for his felony and assault case, so in their eyes it's back to 0 on the severity scale. He needs to do a equal or worse crime than assault with drugs for the judge to give a harsher punishment for repeat offending. In BMJs case, pissing hot then being sent to rehab IS the punishment due to withdrawal symptoms.

He has a track record of getting kicked out of rehab, which violated his bond conditions and sent him back to jail. Let's not forget he still has time over his head as he is on probation for other felonies before the domestic and drug stuff.
