I don't think that idea is too far from the truth, but it should also be noted that there's a wide range of preference among them in regards to whether or not they actually use the diapers they wear. Some prefer not to use them, some prefer urinating only and changing out of them as soon as possible, and there are others who do actually like to sit in their filth for as long as possible.

There's lots of gross fetishes out there, but I think what many people find so disturbing about diaper fetishes is that this is one you can have in real life - stuff like inflation and furries and many of the other things in this thread can never become a reality.

I can almost understand vore. Almost being the key word because to some people it's the ultimate in submission. You are literally giving yourself to another as food. Whether it's a painful digestion or not or even if you are digested doesn't matter it's about submission but there are different versions of vore out there.

There's penile vore where you're sucked into a penis and then converted into cum.
Breast vore where you're sucked into a woman's breasts and converted into milk or just to make them monsterously bigger.
Anal vore which seems to bypass the whole digestion bit altogether and just... well I think you can figure out what happens next.
And then there's vaginal vore also known as "unbirth".
