Instagram likes are also a terrible measure of how well something is performing. Not in the sense that a high like count is meaningless, but more in the sense that those likes are very inflated and consist mostly of bots and people who just saw it while they were scrolling and dropped a like on it. Instagram is fucking CRAWLING with bots, I’d say they make up at least 25% of the engagement on any given public post if it’s big enough. The comments aren’t generally supportive and most of them consist of people telling odd1sout he’s going to get ripped in half like a phone book, bots with porn as their pfp, and one or two people roasting Ian.
