It's funny seeing RWhiteGoose have a better reputation now than Jobst. When Ryan was being thrown to the wolves Karl didn't fully disavow him but he didn't help him either.

Now he's bounced back but Karl's in a way worse position than he ever was. All Ryan did was make jokes about Jews but Jobst full on lied to his audience.

This is a random selection from the past 18 months, but I pretty much had to use ALL speedrunning videos for this collage, because he has about 2:1 ratio of Drama to Speedrunning content at this point in time.

In that timeframe he managed 1 Million views a single time on a speedrunning video, but gets an easy 1M average on every Billy Mitchell video and up to 2 Million views if he can insert himself as an expert into an ongoing drama like that dumb cow and her Monsterhunter blind kill being mocked for being fake.

Karl sold out 100% and all the way.
He likely made double if not triple (depending on sponsors) by doing Drama content instead of speedrunning content.
Instead of being happy with ~10k on a video, he had to get his greedy hands on the big bucks.

Found the video he posted right after the hearing that he deleted due to, "sponsorship obligations". I can't bear to listen to any more then 2 minutes of his monotone robotic voice harping on some other injustice affecting another Youtuber but felt it's still relevant to archive here nonetheless.



Pretty clear that he had that one ready to go right after trial, win or lose. Obviously he knew that video would draw serious traction as people would gather to it to find out what happened in the trial, where he wouldn't of course discuss it other then just a brief mention that a video is in the works in a pinned comment.

I can't get over the fact that he believed even if Billy won he wouldn't have to pay anything other then his own lawyer fees. That was his worst case scenario according to AI, what a fucking retard.

Yep, It most definitely would have been an easy payday for him 1.8 mil views, nice 28k for shilling out War Thunder but the backlash obviously proved too strong and more importantly it could potentially chase off that sponsor for good. That's got to be one of the things he is most worried about right now, since if they go due to the bad rep he is really fucked.

After my girlfriend passed away I would drink at bars now and then and groups of younger guys would sometimes see I was down and use that weird forced bro attitude thing and I could see in their faces they wanted a laugh at someone else's expense so sometimes I had people buy me lots of points and shots, unbeknownst to them I could handle my drink, and I wasn't despondent due to being on the edge of blackout, id happily let them spend £30 on alcohol and they'd do "drinking games" etc and after I was happily drunk, leave. Usually to the pleas of "aww c'mon man keep drinking".


Trying to force drugs into someone who you think is on the edge of taking too much anyway is such a faggot way to get your kicks, happily relieve you of your money though.

Billy's lawyer even brought this up in cross-examination and he had to admit that he does because it's easy and he doesnt have enough time for speedrunning content because of his lawsuit.

Jobst is such a retard in those discord leaks talking about how these cases required a doctor to prove some kind of mental harm to Billy. Billy proved, without a doubt, that he was negatively affected FINANCIALLY by the claims by Jobst that he caused Apollo's suicide. He literally presented proof that he had events and appearances cancelled SPECIFICALLY mentioning that they were worried about the controversy involving Apollo's suicide. That's by far one of the hardest things to prove in a defamation case, the harm done. There's a reason why even people familiar with American defamation suits have had to admit that his case would probably have won even in America too, cause Jobst made it such a fucking slam dunk.

The judge talking about Jobst wanting to slay the Mitchell dragon was kind of cringe not gonna lie, but I completely understand where he was coming from. The slimy way Jobst tried to 'apologize and retract' his statements about the suicide was just insulting, and I don't blame the judge for getting fed up with him.

I know speedrunners and people that care for that stuff are spergs in general, but...

Honestly, why Karl even bothered with this again? Everyone and their mother know that Billy is a cheater and its just best not to get involved with his kind. The thing with lawsuits, lolsuits included, is that you never know what might happen. Sometimes a case can seem already won but have a complete turn around and vice versa and we are dealing with an Australian one here for pete's sake.

Karl needed to just stick to making entertaining videos and just not getting involved in any of this nonsense. He likely wanted to do this for the reputation but the thing is, thats a dangerous game, especially when the law gets involved.

I wont say Karl deserved it but he shouldnt have went into this shitshow already expecting he had this in the bag.

He made a false statement to a third party (a million of them) that caused damages. What makes American defamation laws different as I understand it is the public figure exception in which case you then have to prove malice. I did not follow the case, but with Karl clearly being a deranged sperg and the hours of at which he spoke about Billy, I would imagine Karl probably made this much less of a hurdle.
