At least two of the "no the president can't do something I disagree with, for I am a District Court Judge" assholes are immigrants. One from Korea, forget where the other one is from. Which I'm not sure should be legal, but, we'll see.

Not gonna double-check so I may have a detail or two wrong, but there was a recent story posted here about how like 30% of judges in DC are foreign-born. Kinda crazy because having foreign judges was a major point of instigation for our revolution in the first place. Then again, so were very minor taxes on things like molasses, let alone 50% of your income from any work at all.

"What do you mean that Federal Judges cant be impeached by an outside body?"

"Did our founding fathers intent for the Judicial branch to have unilateral control over the the entire functional way the government legislates?"

President can veto a bill from congress, congress can overrule such a veto with 2/3rds vote, what checks an errant Judaical decision? ohh another judge you say?

If the president appoints judges at his pleasure, he should be able to dismiss them, at will, for the same reasons.
