Ultimate STP/Packer Post with 14 Separate STP/Packers

I've had the privilege, pleasure and also pain of trying out 14 separate packer, STP and packer/STP combinations. Since I've had so many, and since so many of you have had so many questions about a lot of these packers and STP devices, I figured I'd make a whole post about it so everyone can see which packers and/or STP devices might work best for them. I've included pictures of each of mine and links to their product pages. Some are also home made, and I've included links on how to make them. When looking for an STP device, I had five things that I looked for that were important to me, so I'll be rating these prosthetics and devices based on the criteria below.
1.STP functionality in general
2.Packing ability (including grab test, I hate that that has to be a thing)
3.Realism
4.Adjustability/functionality at a urinal
5.Comfort while wearing
Some things to keep in mind while reading this:
-I will not be covering penetrative ability in this, as my partner does not enjoy penetration and so that wasn't really a worry for me. That being said, a lot of these do have inserts you can use with them.
-These have all been either heavily used or sitting in a cupboard for over a year and don't look nearly as good as the day that I bought them.
-I'm a caucasian guy, so realism may not be as good or as bad for people of other skin colours.
-I use RodeoH STP Sport/Jock Harness or Peecock Jock Harness with tight underwear made out of sport type material for packing and everyday use. I do not pee over the waistband, I always use a fly. Not all of these devices require a harness, but after having used a harness and not used a harness to test them, I prefer to always have a harness to keep things in place.
-My anatomy is pretty far back. So your mileage may very with these. I assume that if it works for me though, it'll probably work for you if your anatomy is closer to the front.

This was my first ever packer. It's not an STP device, but many have been able to make it into one. I actually tried this with the Spouti that's later on down in the review. Didn't go so well for me, but it might work for you. For 15 bucks, you really can't go wrong with this one if you want just a packer. It's realism is pretty high for that price (the best you'll get under about 40/50 bucks) and it definitely passes the grab test. there are also tutorials online for dying it or putting makeup on it to make it look more realistic. I originally used this without a harness, but with tight underwear and that kept it in place pretty well. I would always suggest a harness to keep things all in one place so you don't have to readjust ever, but it's not always needed with all of these. It's made of cyberskin, so it does feel fairly realistic. It's a little more gummi than a flesh and blood penis, but not by too much.
2. TranscendThem Pip Unpainted

This thing is really a piece of garbage. I got mine on sale, thankfully, so I didn't pay the full 105 or whatever it is now. Their other products look a lot better than this thing. It's too flimsy to pack with, the balls and shaft are stuck together, so it's hard to get through your fly and it has no lip to stop backsplash. When wearing pants, it's almost impossible to not spill with this thing. Without clothes, it can be used pretty well, but good luck peeing with clothes on, they're gonna get wet. This one was by far the worst on this list in my experience. It looks pretty ok, but not great and it's definitely not passing any grab tests. Like I said, it's too thin and flimsy for any real function. It also won't create a bulge at all. I didn't try this one at a urinal because I knew it wasn't gonna work anyway, but it's hard to adjust it in your pants to pee with at all, so I image it's not gonna work well at a urinal. Mine also came with a larger slit than usual at the end. Like someone had taken an X-acto knife and cut it separately from the original hole. I tried sewing it up, but it was kinda "meh" still.
3.Small pepsi bottle that was cut and put together
No pics, but here's a tutorial with roughly what I did.
I don't have pics of this one because I threw it away now that I have better STP devices. I found a tutorial online to make an STP device out of a small Pepsi bottle and it actually worked fairly well. This was the first STP that I could successfully STP with. The only problem, it definitely isn't going to pack well. It's very stiff and sharp (even though I melted the edges to make them less sharp) and it's hard to sit with. So you may have to take it out at a urinal and then put it back in your pocket. Obviously, 0/10 for realism, comfort and adjustability at a urinal. It also probably wouldn't pass the grab test very well. But, it's an A+ for STPing.
4. Baby bottle nipple with tubing (had to cut and sand down edges to not hurt)

This works on the same idea as the Spouti. It creates a suction around your urethra. Though I didn't realize that until I had tried it many times and got nipples that were way too big and ended up pissing all over myself. You can, alternatively have nipples that are extremely large if you want a more traditional STP device and not a suction cup one. For the most part, the suction cup baby bottle nipple works amazingly well. There's a bit of a learning curve to make sure that all the pee gets out of the tubing and the nipple itself and that it's actually over your urethra. You have to kind of pull it just a little bit to just barely break the seal and then the urine should drain out if you give it a few shakes. You can also press on it as you shake it, but that never worked as well for me as the pulling. You can't pull it too far though, otherwise it comes too loose and you get to the biggest downside of this type of STP, it's very difficult to readjust it unless you're in a stall or somewhere private. The baby bottle nipple stays in place better for me than the Spouti does, but it still isn't fool proof. And once that sucker moves, it's impossible to get back into place without really reaching your hand down your underwear. I threaded it through the TranscendThem STP and that worked pretty ok. I also did it through the Limpy, which was a little better. I used this technique on and off for awhile. I tried to used the STP devices without it and a lot of them just wouldn't work the way they were supposed to, so I'd thread this through there. But I've found a couple of good STP's now that work without it. And I prefer it that way. No fear of it slipping and me either not noticing and pissing on myself or me not being able to adjust it. My anatomy is also pretty far back, so it slipped into my v-ginal cavity several times and that can hurt. Here's a tutorial on getting medical tubing with the baby bottle nipple or medicine spoon through a Mr. Limpy or other soft packer.
5. Tommy 4-in-1 STP/Packer (I dyed this one partly)

If you get this one, order it from RodeoH and not Hardline! They've been very shady lately. This also has an insert as it's a 4-in-1. That being said, this was the first STP device I had that I didn't make on my own that I successfully used. It's got a pretty good feel to it and some decent realism. I got the unpainted version. I actually used a tutorial and some hair dye to try to give it even more realism, but that was hard with a much lighter STP device. Mine is the 4-in-1 and not the 2-in-1 pack n play. It doesn't have a lip to stop back flow, but with it's shape, it doesn't really need it, though I think it would be useful if they added that in a later iteration of the STP. It's very soft and feels similar to the Mr. Limpy, but a little firmer. I really really like the feel of this one. I imagine it would also work well for the play part due to how it feels. I would definitely suggest a harness with this one, though you could probably get it to work without. I would probably give it a B in STP ability. If it had that back lip, it would be a lot better, because you wouldn't have to worry about leaning forward so much as you pee. I find that makes it hard for me to really let loose. It's not too hard to adjust at a urinal. You just have to have a good idea of where it is in relation to your body. It's best to pick out a "landmark" on your body so you know where it's seated. It's pretty TMI, but if you want to know how I do this and what mine is, feel free to DM me.
6. Spouti STP

This thing is pretty great. It's a pretty well designed and well done STP when it comes to functionality. I actually bought this one before the Tommy, but since production kept running into issues, I bought the Tommy for the in between time. The Spouti, like the baby bottle nipple, works well threaded though almost any other STP device that I've found, though some are better than others (ones with cups that go back further like the EZP or Rex are better, as they help keep the Spouti in place.) That being said, this one has the same drawbacks as the baby bottle nipple, but worse. It's almost impossible to get it to stay in place if you kneel, bend down, or move your legs too far apart at all. This also means that if you've used it and there's still urine inside, that urine is getting all over you. The baby bottle nipple has lips on the outside that keep it mostly in place, but the Spouti doesn't. I'd also recommend adding lips like that to the outside to any future versions of it. It's also harder to pull on to release the seal and put back in place properly. That being said though, you can definitely STP with this baby and not have to worry about leaks while you're actually at a urinal and it's for sure connected to your body. But this thing can also slip into you like I mentioned with the baby bottle nipple and and it hurts. It's also impossible to adjust if you're not in a private place like a stall. The Spouti did help me learn not to fear STPing and taught me a lot about where I need to actually place an STP device. So, if you're mostly just sitting all day and not moving around too much, I think this could be a good one for you, but if you're moving a lot and can't pee in a private place, I'd recommend something else. I do still use this at home at night though when I'm tired and at risk of leaking because I'm not paying attention.
7. RodeoH 4.5" Realistic STP Device

This one is A in realism. If the paint didn't wear off so easily, it would get an A+ from me. I wish the cup went back a little further though with this and I also wish the cup were a little stiffer. You have to angle it a bit weirdly to use, which is hard in pants. It does have an anti-spill lip though, which is really nice. This STP has an insert rod, but you honestly probably won't have to use it as it's very hard, which is a bit of a draw back. That makes it hard to pack with as it looks like you have a semi boner a lot of the time. But there are ways to make it work. I usually tuck my STP devices up or to the side. This one works best to the side. If the bottom bit of the cup were a bit thicker, I think it's functionality would be a lot better, honestly. Otherwise, it's a pretty solid choice. You can't really see it in the pictures, but it does have realistic looking and translucent veins on it, which I really like. It's easy to adjust this no problem at a urinal and would absolutely pass the grab test. It has nice, solid balls on it, which I really like because it gives a good feel and a good weight to it. You could probably get away with not wearing a harness for it, but for the STP purposes, I would definitely wear one as it will help hold it to your body.
8. Spouti STP and Baby Bottle Nippleswith Penis Sleeves (got off Amazon)

I was having troubles with using the Spouti threaded through other STP packers and being able to empty it fully (same as the baby bottle nipples) and so I tried to use something without a cup that wouldn't get in the way when I pressed/pulled on it to empty it. This did not work very well and the Spouti actually fell out of place even more often than before. Plus, the penis Sleeves did not feel nearly as good as having a real packer down there and it would not ever pass the grab test. It also is still difficult to readjust at a urinal. I would not recommend this setup at all. But it looks more realistic if you get higher quality penis sleeves.
9. RodeoH Rex STP

This one gets three pics just to show how it sits and how big it is. And that's really the only draw back of this one, it's just too big. If it were like 80% of it's size, this would hands down be my favourite STP. Other than being big, it packs well and gives a decent bulge, is easy to use with or without pants on and it has a lip splash guard on it. This thing is also an A in realism, as the paint still wears off, but it doesn't seem to do it as quickly or as badly as the Realistic STP from RodeoH. It also had even better looking, slightly translucent veins on it and the balls are hollowed out enough to allow quite a bit of urine into it at once, but are also still stiff enough that they'd pass the grab test and you can really feel it there. I just wish it were slightly smaller. Plus, it would be nice if the back wall were also a little bit more stiff like the EZP. If you combined this dude and the EZP, you'd have the ultimate STP/Packer/penetrative prosthetic. You could penetrate with this one and probably without an erection rod as well as it's really stiff (but more pliable than the Realistic) you'd just have to adjust your harness to hold it better by sewing the hole smaller. But this thing is a solid option if you can't afford the EZP. I would highly recommend it. It's the second best on this entire list.
10.Willy STP (I think it's made by RodeoH)

For how cheap it is, this thing is surprisingly really good. It's a bit soft to make a really good packer, but it's also harder than the TranscendThem Pip, so you can easily use it with pants on. It keeps it's shape pretty well. This thing is probably my third favourite of all the STP's on the list. For it's price, the realism is pretty good. It sits nicely and you probably won't need a harness for it. It's got a splash lip too on it, which always really helps. It's not gonna pass the grab test more than likely, but it does still create a nice little bulge. It's essentially a cheaper version of the EZP and Emisil STP devices. If you don't have a lot of money, but want a good STP, I couldn't recommend this one enough.
11.PStyle

Worked surprisingly well. Obviously, the realism and packing abilities are 0/10, but you could use this stealthily at a urinal. It would just be hard to take it out quickly and put it back quickly, but that's always how it will be with STP's that aren't also packers. I always used to wonder how guys could use this thing at urinals, but I definitely see it now. If you're not worried about packing at all, it's only 11 bucks and works really well. I had zero problems using it on even my first try. I still use it at home when I'm really sleepy and have to pee, because there's no risk of leak due to how stiff it is.
12. Miagie Female Urination Device (sorry for the name on this one)

Sorry for the name, I know it's cringey. This one was a total bust, which is weird because it looks like others I've had that were fine. It just always leaked, no matter what and I have no idea why. It's just very soft and collapses too easily. I wouldn't recommend this. It's also big and hard to hide, so good luck whipping this thing out at a urinal and also good luck with it not folding in on itself under pants. Though it is soft enough that you could probably keep it in your pants with a harness.
13. Random Cheap Wish Urination Device

I was surprised that this one worked so well. I had originally bought it to try to put into another STP and see if that worked. It actually did. And even on its own, it works well. It's small enough that you could definitely hide it. The only problem is the the spout is pretty close to your body, so you kind of get pee all over you. Instead of flowing out in a nice steady stream, it just sprays. So if you put it in another device, it works a lot better. It's also fairly soft, so you could more than likely pack with it. I was able to. It's just 2 bucks on Wish of you search for stand to pee drive or female urination Device.
14. Transthetics EZP

Hands down, the best STP device I've ever used. I asked for this for my birthday and ended up getting two. One from my boyfriend and one from my parents. One of them (the one pictured) is an older version than the other one as it was bought secondhand. The older one is actually a lot better. It's a bit stiffer and because of that, easier to use. It won't collapse as easily. But the newer version also doesn't suck by any means. It just took a bit to get used to that one. Also, the newer one smells odd. My older one smells just fine. I don't know if this is what just happens sometimes with new silicone or what's going on. I only use (almost) scentless anti-bacterial soap to clean my STP devices. The realism of this one is A+, I just wish the paint wouldn't wear off so quickly. Someone's gotta get on finding a better way to paint all these things. Do not try to create a seal with this one, just hold it like you're peeing into a cup. It's super easy to use at a urinal and to adjust. I've also been able to pee at night in the dark where I couldn't see at all behind bushes with it as well. It's easy to position and rarely leaks. The realism is too notch as well. This is my top recommendation, honestly.
Other tips:
-Shave your downstairs area for the STP's. You don't have to shave all of it, just trim it down shorter, especially in the back. If you don't, the STP devices that need to be really close to your skin won't work, or the urine will stick in your pubic hair and drop everywhere if you have too much hair down there because you can't wipe at a urinal.
-I would really recommend a harness with all of these, even the ones that say you don't need them. This will 100% keep the devices/packers in place and you shouldn't have to worry about them falling out of your pant leg.
-Always wear tighter underwear. I know it sucks, but if you don't, you run the risk of your packer/STP falling out, even with a harness.
