The Economic Collapse of 2025 - Are you tired of winning yet?

I'm sorry and your country's naval response isssssssss
Are you forgetting you got an entire task force of European and Asian countries in Prosperity Guardian?
Chinese ships are also operating out of Djibouti for their own interests, this isn't unique.

Where are the incentives? Other than an import tax he has said nothing about public investment, or a plan for subsidies, or anything at all.
Public investments for what? Subsidies for what exactly? If it's cheaper to make it somewhere else then they will.

The reason why people don't like subsidies or government investment is because it doesn't solve the issue of "it's cheaper to make it somewhere else and sell it back to you for a profit". If you need the government to intervene and throw money at it so it doesn't look like you are operating on a loss then your economy doesn't really ever grow either (you are here).
I work adjacent to construction. The amount of work for tradesfolk during the Biden administration was huge. We are still working on jobs from that administration. This is in part because of the back log from covid, but also subsidies, and the work was affordable.
But then you run into the problem that every third world country has, endless subsidies, overspending and an economy that doesn't really grow. Sure, it looks good for the papers and the statistics when you talk about them but then you have a bunch of government-subsidized industries that operate on a loss forever, which is the main problem they are trying to solve.

Because the average burger wants to work for $2 an hour like slants in some shithole factory while living in a one-room unit nearby working from 9am to 9pm.
>Remember when me made stuff
Yeah, that's because Europe and Asia were turned to smoldering ruins from a world war.

This shit isn't going to work. If orange wants burgers to industrialise again, he should be doing exactly what China does. Steal Chinese automation experts, get their shit and then localise it. Impose rules so these Chinese factories must hire at least 75% locals and their technology must be stored locally, and whatever patents and advancements from it must be local too.
There's nothing wrong with stealing expertise and knowledge from more successful businesses. Japan did it to Germany, Korea did it to Japan, China did it to Japan and Korea, now Vietnam and Thailand are doing it to China.

Instead, you'll just have normies bitching about paying $80 extra for memory sticks and Redditors crying about their Soytendo consoles being more expensive.

Before anyone bitches and moans about this post, want to know who isn't affected by these dumb tariffs? Yeah, the ones that rule over you. If you felt defensive with patriotic urge to seethe, you're niggercattle. Enjoy your doubled but equally shit Chinesium, or buy something local that's double that but even worse.
(Aside from lodge cast iron cookware, those are awesome. Guess which country invented cast iron pans? Maybe steal a few more stuff from them instead of this gay shit.)

Just because cost is a hurdle doesn't mean you need to kneecap your entire population. This is to sacrifice the future and prosperity of your population in order to buy iPhones and rampant consumerism. You can lower costs through innovation but cost alone shouldn't be the sole reason you sell out your country for cheaper shit. And for not making everything the United States should try to cut as much foreign dependency as possible just for national security
I suggest you to read about austerity autarky and history of "self-reliant" countries. But hey, it is your mess you put yourself in with Trump.

The only reason the markets follow business ethics like this are because of the Dodge brothers. Profits solely shouldn't be the incentive to all policy. Corporation and business ethics try to get as close to slavery as possible.

It's incredibly funny seeing the Chinese government and partnered firms go all in on automation and uplifting their shrinking labor force into more productive and higher value production, meanwhile Americans fetishize the imaginary freedom lovin' alpha male factory man, who worked 12 hour shifts to send his son to college for a better life so he wouldn't have to follow in his footsteps, until he broke his pelvis and got no pension because unions are communist.

The vast majority of those ships being American
@MeltyTW We don't import rapists, you, on the other hand, imported the Tate Brothers.
We did and I hate that your country also imports millions of muhammedean child molesters though. Really it's more your traitor governments fault if your British or from the euro continent ig

Factories here actually have to pay you and have higher safety standards. If they didn't the debate would shift on how to re export the factories because we'd have to import slave labor or about the pros and cons of importing slave labor to run the factories here.

Except they're the ones complaining rhe most about having lost shit and were the ones most against the tariffs. Idk personally though I wish trump turned his ire less from you chinese unto Muslims and blacks frankly
