During the Delaguna saga, when he was explaining to his community that she was mad due to him rejecting her (allegedly) , he brought up Bluetea.

My understanding is that the statute Pxie is suing under requires that the people be depicted visually, and be identifiable. So in the case of Denims, Chaiery and the Grindr guy, they wouldn't fall under that.

Denims would fall under 2 party consent since it was in California, but I think that's past the statute of limitations.
Florida also requires all parties to consent to audio recording, but currently the grindr hookup recorded remains anonymous, I doubt he would want to identify himself to the courts and DGG.
