Cats are relatively easier to take care of and require less activity with or attention to than dogs do, so it's an easy way to have a pet but not have it take up every second of your life.

Her Patreon is still active but hasn't been updated since April 2022. She also worked on another webcomic called Genji Cat that featured a character from Overwatch as a cat. The last update was in June 2020.

Looks like unremarkable slop you'd read in 2014-2016, but I can't lie, the art is pretty cute.

Honestly, this. I don't get why he couldn't just have a younger sister character who is... Not underage? Literally how hard is it to just write someone over 18 and be done with it.

A few of them have done that, you had a bunch of female comic authors who would blog about how they didn't need a man or would never want babies, and then later on they're married with kids. Kate Beaton was a hard core feminist on tumblr over a decade ago, now she's married with a kid. Jennie Breeden from Devil's Panties used to describe herself as a feminazi and she has two kids. Even some famous lesbians got married to dudes.

The desire to breed and be a wife eventually takes hold, I guess.

Can someone help me with the name of a webcomic from the early 2000's which already had a proto tumblr artstyle? I have no idea what it was called but here are the details I remember off the top of my head:
  • The story took place in Sweden or Finland, don't remember where.
  • The main plot was about a couple in their early 20's and their sudden pregancy.
  • At some point, the webcomic became paywalled but if you wanted to read the whole thing for free you could just go to the wayback machine for earlier versions of the site (the whole thing was already completed by then)
I read it back in 2013 and by then it was already very much over. Some other things I remember is that both main characters were tall, lanky, goths; the joke were she broke the news to her bf/husband was sendind a picture of her ass with the caption "do you like these buns? then wait till you see the one in the oven"; once the bf/husband went to meet her family, his father in law egged him on to jump on the coffee table and fart to show his true viking heritage. He did but it was quite pathetic.

Anyways, this one popped in my head a few days ago and google is not being helpful, anyone else remember what it was called? it even had a small tv tropes page.

I think she lost all the pages and files (and I guess any backups hosted by the magazine that published it were lost too) and was re-drawing it from the start on a new website. It's slightly different in art and script, too.

Having been around SEA dudes... they are all 73% gay. Not to defend Asian moids, but culturally speaking thats kind of how it's always been. Gay sex in a lot of Asian cultures has always been normalized under the "a holes a hole" mindset with the caveat that it's not really unacceptable if you keep it DL and don't catch feelings.

Of course, like most things, this is because it has roots in historical pederasty. Lol.

I remember a decade ago she did this auto-bio comic with her boyfriend who was another webcomicker about how they had to do long distance because they were both divorced with young children. The final strip ended with them deciding to try for a baby, and apparently succeeding, despite, you know, still being unable to live together because of the kid situation. Then that site went offline. I thought she either miscarried or they broke up and both decided to delete all traces of the comic since you couldn't even read it on the wayback machine.

I think she did a print run for Anders Loves Maria but I don't know. I remember thinking that one was okay, but it was one of those "I read it because it's my habit rather than because I want to" comics for me.
