I would expect that a state prosecutor being presented with the potential jackpot that the three witnesses who gave statements to make the initial filing of the complaint, identified as K.R., N.R. and A.I. in the filings had full access to the phone and email records of the accused and have accessed data illegally, would take a step back and rethink this case.

It just so happens that phone data was admitted as evidence by April, supposedly proving that at the time of the show, Aaron sent a message with an attachment.
I don't think this rises to 6th amendment issues necessarily, but your witnesses and the victim should answer some serious question about the bullshittery surrounding this case before you actually go into a trial.
