Y'know I was told by my high school Japanese teacher that knowing your kanji is super important because you can't read books and newspapers there otherwise, and there's like a hundred thousand of kanji in their written language (okaaaay more like about 50,000, but there's still multiple ways to read many of them). Yes, some kanji are rarer than others, but my teacher saw enough archaic kanji out in the wild to know this and pass along to us that this is a lifetime dedication.
Also this is useless to even tell a delusional asocial hag about, but you will be expected to write/type in kanji if you're to get a decent-paying job in Japan. Google Translate and Papago aren't going to help you when you're on crunch time, and you'll have to study your kanji dictionary on your own time.
Also literally too fat to hire so she can't wear heels. They may-or-may-not say as such to her face.

There is no way in hell she's getting a work visa for Japan even if she was good at what she did.
She doesn't have a four year degree and that's strike 1.
She doesn't have 10 years of documented experience in her chosen field. That's strike 2.
She doesn't have the money to go in under an investment visa. That's strike 3.
Japan has some very stringent and strict immigration guidelines so unless she's willing to divorce her beaner manlet and find a Japanese man who's into shaved orangutans she's not going to work in Japan. It's literally not happening.
Also I've heard her attempt to speak Japanese. Her speech impediment makes it hard to understand what she's trying to say. Hell she's barely coherent in English.

add to that three elephants in the room; that she's completely unmotivated to make any effort, that she's past or rapidly approaching the cut-off age for a lot of "easy" work entries into Japan and that she has a spouse that'll need entry too.

She reminds me of high school kids who, back in the day, would go online and say, "I want to go to work in Japan when I graduate high school" because they were weebs and loved all things Japanese. They thought all it took was applying somewhere and they'd be in.
She doesn't have that excuse though. She's a no-talent hack with no skills or background to fall back on that she can use to get an actual job much less a career. And if she did manage to get herself a work visa and uproot herself and her husbando and go live and work in Glorious Nippon they would chew her up and spit her out so fast.
Besides she doesn't have the money to pay for her cat's medicine much less cash to go out and get something from DoorDash. How is she going to get two plane tickets there and find a place to live while negotiating daily life in Japan?
Sure I want to see it happen because it would be funny but... it's just not happening.
