He mentions it in a few posts, a lot more haven't been screenshotted, I think I may have more screenshots I took myself of his posts personally on a different device... but yeah it's pretty much just about "correction"/angry about a "brat"/young girl that is "behaving badly/unusually", it does have a connection with what you mentioned...

They even have a word for it, it's "Mesugaki"
(This became more widespread of a term in mainstream because of that one "Loli God Requiem" video + "Mesugaki Miku song" video which became really popular on Youtube and every other platform with "shorts/reels", most lolicons knew about it ages ago because they're addicted to porn and that's one of their keywords to find anime child rape)

South Korea is one of the few countries that have it completely banned, you'll get arrested if you're found in possession/creating lolicon and I believe even watching it will land you in jail (but in general, I think porn is completely illegal in Korea, so I guess it doesn't matter too much but I heard it's a lot worse when it comes to lolicon if I'm not wrong)

Porn is illegal as fuck in SK. Now they do have to enforce it, but when they do, to the cabbage fields with Johnny Somali you shall go. They ESPECIALLY hate deepfakes.

There was a very big case of a large group of people using AI deepfakes to create child pornography of middle schoolers a few months back, so I completely understand and agree as to why they hate them

They got hit hard by deepfakes, because absolute fucking creeps wanted to jack off to kids. When it leaked, there was a massive legal reaction. It's not a light sentence if I recall if you're found guilty, you're going to be doing hard time and literally picking crops. Lolicon I don't think is as harsh, but it's still not a good time if they decide to go after you.
