Correct me if I'm wrong, but does this not mean that if something were to happen to be revealed or charged (i.e. some "computer-related fraud and abuse") between now and June, he could still withdraw the guilty plea? And maybe if, depending on the "computer-related fraud and abuse", he could actually decide to fight it and possibly win (if the court didn't just drop everything), ending with the KNU being worth $0?
Aaron pleading guilty, getting fined $50, only for the whole thing against him to blow up and become nothing, and somehow birth charges against Nick would actually be pretty funny.

I'm not very religious or into woowoo stuff, but I think this has all been a good lesson in karma. Aaron is boring. He's kinda sleazy, and I think he's lying when he said last year he didn't do that much coke. But overall he's pretty milquetoast, middle of the road, and gets that kind of legal judgement with pleading guilty to a gross misdemeanor, having to pay 50 bucks, and not being able to talk about Qayla for whatever the agreed period of time was.

The issue is that even though Aaron admitted to everything, the phrase "got off on a technicality" exists for a reason. Even if he admitted it, people can and have gotten charges dismissed because of "technicalities", the "technicalities" being violations of Constitutional rights. If Nick illegally gained data and gave it to the prosecution to use against Aaron, that's about as definitive as you can get for violating rights.
I don't think, "...But he admitted it" has ever been accepted as a sound and valid reason, legally speaking, for violating the Constitution. Look at what happened to Bill Cosby. He admitted he did horrible shit (magnitudes worse than what Aaron is admitting to) which was what he was accused of, and his conviction was still overturned because his due process was violated, despite the outcry from the media he "got off on a technicality".
At least in this situation, I think there's a non-zero chance Aaron could admit to everything and still "get away with it" because the criminal rights you're entitled to aren't a suggestion.

It's $0. A KNU is worth $0. The court inconvenience cost (ie the transaction fee) is $50. Trying to transfer a valueless KNU will cost you $50.
