Its 213.209.129.17 hosted in Turkey by a "bulletproof" hosting provider dior.host (A)

Their provider allows hosting of pretty much anything, with a few exceptions:

Did anybody ever manage to find out klapsky's general location? I remember hearing something about him being from Iraq but I sincerely doubt that's true, it'd be hard anyway since they're using VPNs/proxy services 100% of the time.
