These are by far the ugliest top surgery scars I've ever seen. Iirc, scars only get THAT puffy when they're repeatedly infected, unwashed, reopened, irritated, or uncared for. Nasty.
“Maybe ask yourself why somebody else’s body makes you (uncomfortable)”, um because you have no nipples and your scars are unusually nasty? It’s not that deep bro. All these people have been so trained into thinking if anyone has a criticism of them, that only means the critic has some deep-seated issue and needs to interrogate their inherent blah blah blah.

No, it’s just an objectively ugly torso. They have also been very conditioned that nothing is ugly, especially a human body, everyone has to pretend everyone is beautiful in their own special way, and that a flabby nipple-free pasty chest with two huge, red, raised crescents is just as pleasing to look at as any other torso.

I could sperg for a long time on the “death of aesthetics” on the SJW left, it applies to everything from trans and fat bodies to hipster haircuts and fashion to contemporary art. A huge subcultural unspoken agreement to treat what is ugly as beautiful. It’s very crazy to me.

Those look like keloid scars, which aren’t related to post-op care but are just a thing that can happen.

Troon debunks a cruel hoax. :lit:

Hey all, posting this here because an extremely viral Bluesky post which got support from Mark Hamil of all people is making the rounds. I'm hoping if a Reddit post gets big enough, it will dent SEO so trans folks searching can actually find real information about this topic as the viral post in question is extremely misleading, if not outright lying to people. Sorry for the bad news, just need this to spread so folks don't get their hopes raised for nothing.

For those who want details, the Green Party in Norway, which currently only holds 3 seats in Norwegian parliament, has ONLY SHOWN SUPPORT for such a bill. The person who wanted to introduce it hasn't even been elected yet. As much as I'd like to hope Norwegian politicians would step up to the plate, acting like any kind of bill introduced by a party with so little support would be taken very seriously is just falsely raising hopes.

To be even more of a bummer, trans and LGBTQ+ asylum seekers in Norway have historically had a very difficult and sometimes outright bad time with many folks getting misgendered, if not receiving worse treatment.

I'm sorry to have to share all this. I really hope that folks will make sure there are actual sources for claims they see online and not just outright trust anyone who puts BREAKING: in front of a post. Share this far and wide if you can, and stay as safe as you can trans brethren.

(Archived original misleading post in case it gets deleted or removed by Bluesky)

Top comment:
This should be an opportunity for Scandinavia (and the rest of the world) to wake up and show support for minorities like LGBTQ people.

Invite them and make sure to update the system so people are educated in how the LGBTQ community works.

I wrote an email to the ministry of immigration here in Denmark and pointed out that we have an opportunity to invite a lot of the people who want to flee the US into Denmark.

Most would likely be able to find jobs fairly quickly.

Most businesses are having trouble finding employees.

So why not?

Seems like a no brainer and it would maybe even piss off the fat orange turd further, which is just a bonus

I can only speak for Sweden -and anecdotally at that- as a swedish trans woman myself. But in my experience, it's not ideal for us here. I haven't seek people be openly transphobic, but there's definitely an "ew, that's weird, I don't wanna deal with those people" kind of attitude here. ...

It's dumb anyway. I know a few people who would gladly claim to be trans or enby or whatever to get to Norway.

I'm just gonna have a little power-level rant here cause fuck it. I'm American. I lived outside US for nearly a decade, living and working on visas and work permits. Because of this, I have experience navigating immigration systems as an American. Any time an election happens and people yell about "leaving the country" so they can be "safe", I offer to help them fill out the paperwork or find out what kind of visa would be right for their situation, cause I've done it before. How many have taken me up on this offer? Zero. You think they'd exhibit more hustle if they feared for their lives.
Yes Lillith, Canada actually wants you to have a job. Lots of countries, even the cushy Nordic countries, have language requirements and medical inadmissibility as part of their immigration processes.
Thinking other countries are just set dressing for their adventures instead of nations with their own laws and people and problems is just more trans entitlement.

That's the thing though - they don't want to come here to actually contribute or bring anything of actual worth to our nations. They want free gibs and sit on their asses while proclaiming they're persecuted. They basically want to take up space from asylum seekers - which in itself has turned into a huge scam, but that's another sperging.

I really don't know why anyone allows these men to pretend to be as persecuted as a political dissident in the Middle East, or the whole genocide rhetoric.

Cushy Nordic countries already have Indian and Argentinian immigrants to do the low paid manual labor though. Anything else you need to know the language for.

Good luck learning Danish or Swedish, troon. As someone who live in a Nordic country, troons and pooners are a very rare sight. I’d like to keep it that way.

They do appear to be keloids and not just from bad post-op care or lack of hygiene; shit like this happens for no rhyme or reason.

And while they don’t make me feel uncomfortable at all (I’ve seen much worse), it’s infinitely more upsetting when this happens to women who have had to undergo a mastectomy for cancer. Not someone trying to flex their mental illness.

It's also not just about the look. It's about the behavior. We all know there is something wrong about a woman that has hurt herself in such a way and is being exhibitionistic about it. We're used to seeing males with their shirts off in specific contexts. But scarred women (and we know they're explicitly doing so to show off their amputated chest area) showing off their mastectomy pings a lot of red flags. You don't want to be around it because of what it represents, what it means.
